BOSTON, MA—The Boston Red Sox today optioned right-handed pitchers Wikelman Gonzalez and Luis Perales to Triple-A Worcester.

With today’s roster moves, the Red Sox have 54 players remaining in Major League Spring Training camp, including 17 non-roster invitees.
